The Payment Agency is the successor to the Tigua Collection Agency. The company was founded in 1949 with the assistance of El Paso Electric, Mountain States Telephone, and Southern Union Gas. As the city of El Paso grew, so did the Payment Agency, with the primary goal of always providing a reliable and needed service to the community of El Paso and the outlying areas. We work closely with the city of El Paso to provide you an easy and convenient way to pay your bills. The Payment Agency is a locally owned company.
Our mission is to connect people. The Payment Agency provides a service by moving money for the citizens of El Paso, which creates value for our community. We provide a walk-up service for bill pay, money orders and wire transfers.
